How much does shipping cost?

All orders dispatched to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia or anywhere else, around the globe, are sent carriage-paid. You will never be charged hidden fees or surprise surcharges at checkout.

All parcels are being tracked by us to ensure smooth and quick delivery to your doorstep. You will receive tracking details via email after your item has been shipped out.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Note; orders to some destinations may take a bit longer to arrive.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 4–9 working days (Monday to Friday) for delivery. All orders are dispatched promptly from the nearest warehouse to your location, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

Within the United Kingdom

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days
  • Transit Time: 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–9 working days (Monday - Friday)

Within the United States

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What are the return conditions?

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason.

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with the labels still attached.

We also accept returns of items purchased during a sale. Items bought during a sale can be exchanged for another product, a voucher, or the purchase price.

Return shipping costs for returns of orders globally are the customers responsibility.

This applies to all orders placed, regardless of location.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
