Refund policy
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason. This applies to all orders placed, regardless of price or location.
Returning an Item

Email our Customer Service at info@vintares.com quoting your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

After approval, we’ll provide a return address with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Once we’ve received and checked the item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Returned goods must be unused, complete with all original labels and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
Sale items may be returned too, provided you obtain authorisation beforehand. Returns received without prior approval will be declined.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Should your order arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered, please notify us immediately so we can put things right. In cases of damaged goods, seller error or defective products, return shipping will be covered by us, Vintares.
Return Costs
All approved returns must be sent at the customer’s expense. A return address will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your item; however, please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer pre-paid return labels, and no additional charges will be deducted upon receipt.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain an alternative product, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate your return, ensuring your replacement can be dispatched promptly.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition as outlined above.
