Our registered office is Unit 1603, 16/F The L. Plaza 367-375 Queen's Rd Central, Hong Kong, Sheung Wan, 999077, Hong Kong. Vintares operates this website and all associated features, content and services (together, the “Services”), powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your use of the Services and set out your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully before using our site. By accessing or using any of the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3.3 Please check your order carefully. We may be unable to cancel or amend accepted orders. If we cancel or modify an order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided.
3.4 All returns or exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4.1 Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout.
4.2 Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs or import duties.
4.3 You agree to supply valid payment details and authorise us to charge your chosen method. You warrant you are authorised to use any payment instrument provided and that all charges will be honoured.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.
5.3 Risk and title in the products pass to you once we hand them to the carrier.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Vintares is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with RAW FASHION LIMITED. Shopify is not liable for any aspect of transactions between you and Vintares, including product quality, delivery or disputes.

All personal data collected via the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein.
11. Feedback
Any suggestions or feedback you provide grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, adapt and commercialise such Feedback without obligation to you.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without notice, including after you place an order.
13. Prohibited Uses

16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINTARES (AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PARTNERS AND SHOPIFY) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vintares, Shopify and related parties from any claims, damages or costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
18. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vintares.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You and Vintares submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Significant changes will be notified to you. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
